JO Nationals
2 medals and credited with a New Beam Skill
Lane finished her USAG Career on a high note at JO National Championships in May, where she placed 5th on Floor, 10th on Beam and 24th All-Around. She also successfully executed a new beam skill, an illusion to scale, which now carries her name in the JO Code of Points! Click here to see the skill.
State and Regional Successes
In March 2011, Lane won the All-Around, Bars and Beam titles in the Sr. B Division at the New Jersey State Championships with a score of 38.0. This marked Lane's 5th All-Around State title in 7 years (three at Level 10 and two at Level 9). At the 2011 Region 7 Championships, Lane placed 1st on Beam, 3rd on Floor and 7th All-Around. In August of 2011, she was awarded New Jersey Optional Gymnast of the Year.
